Profile finishing? We have all technical expertise in house to process your profiles just how you want them. Custom production is our speciality.
Properties
Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery we are able to offer various additional in-line processing options. The process is not interrupted, which allows us to work as cost-efficiently as possible. We can even extrude extremely small profiles measuring 5mm or less (micro-extrusion).

What can we do for you?
We offer various special processing options, including:
- Printed logo or date/time for traceability
- Punching, drilling or milling to create a hole pattern
- Application of protective foil
- Insertion of filaments (threads extruded along with the profile) to prevent a flexible profile from becoming stretched
- Specific lengths with narrow tolerances
